We built one of the first consumer brand skills for the Alexa platform that helps users create delicious, oat-based recipes using nothing but the sound of their voice. And because it was the first in its category, the skill helped position Quaker as an innovation leader.

Learning by chatting

Facebook Messenger gave us the platform to become one of the first brands in the category to create a personalized experience through an intelligent chatbot. Dubbed “OTIS”, the Quaker bot uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to learn about each individual consumer and serves up recipe suggestions it knows they’ll love.

A carefully curated content hub gives busy users what they’re looking for, when they’re looking for it—relevant content that’s easy to navigate. By surfacing related content at the user’s entry point, the audience is engaged longer. It’s targeted, bite-sized content that’s shareable and scannable, but encourages users to dig deeper.
